Women's Artistic Xcel Coach
This position reports directly to the Women's Artistic Head Coach
Responsibilities:

Coach Xcel Bronze to Gold athletes

Develop Xcel athletes to JO Level 4
-
Lesson Plan and Yearly Training Plan for ages 9-12 years old
-
Xcel Choreography
-
Compulsory to Optional Choreography is an asset
Qualifications:
-
Minimum NCCP Level 2 WAG or Competition 1
-
Experience in coaching competitive athletes on all 4 events
-
Understanding of the Xcel Program (Bronze - Gold)
-
Current Police Vulnerability Check
-
Gymnastics Ontario Respect in Sport
-
Current First Aid/CPR
-
NCCP Level 1 Trampoline
-
5+ years of experience is an asset
The expectation of this position is to coach athletes with strong basics, proper technique and the skills capable of producing athletes to perform at Xcel competitions as well as prepare for JO Level 4.

Men's Artistic Competitive Coach
This position reports directly to the Men's Artistic Head Coach
Responsibilities:

Coach provincial level athletes aged 8 to 13 years old

Develop lesson plans and yearly training plans for competitive athletes
-
Attend competitions
-
Actively recruit new athletes for competitive program
Qualifications:
-
Minimum NCCP Level 2 MAG & Trampoline or Competition 1 MAG & Trampoline
-
Experience in coaching competitive athletes on all 6 events
-
Understanding of the MAG Provincial level system
-
Current Police Vulnerability Check
-
Gymnastics Ontario Respect in Sport
-
Current First Aid/CPR
-
5+ years of experience is an asset

Administrative Assistant & Preschool Coach
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Covers reception desk
-
Is primary response person to all incoming calls.
-
General office duties: filing, scheduling appointments,
-
Processes registration applications of new and current members
-
Updates athlete database on a daily basis (registration info)
-
Assists Office Administrator with daily tasks
-
Participates, if required, at demos/shows, invitationals, qualifiers
-
Hours will include a combination of daytime, evening and weekends between Administrative and coaching.
Qualifications:
-
General knowledge in the sport of gymnastics
-
Computer proficiency necessary: Email, Word, Excel, QuickBooks, an asset
-
Proficiency in English
-
Excellent organizational skills
-
Works well in team environment
-
Experience in customer service
-
Excellent telephone manner
-
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, confidentiality is a must.

Comfortable promoting new programs.
-
Task oriented
The candidate chosen will be required to become NCCP certified, First Aid Trained, Risk Management and Vulnerable Sector Screening, if not already. Salary commensurate with experience and number of working hours.
